Description of the service

JobinAmsterdam is a website listing job ads for English speaking professionals in The Netherlands.

JobinAmsterdam.com will show the job ads uploaded by the Customer for the period specified in the ‘closing date’ tag for every job. This period can at any time be shortened or extended by the customer. Submitting a job is free of charge (except 10 euros/per job for administration fee) and funded through a ‘pay-per-click’-system. For every click a job ad gets JobinAmsterdam will redirect the visitor to the website of the Customer. Job ads are not hosted at JobinAmsterdam’s server unless agreed otherwise.

Jobs submitted will be shown on JobinAmsterdam from the following morning. Their status will until then appear as ‘Approval appending’ in the Customer administration profile. JobinAmsterdam can at our discretion delete job ads that fall outside the scope of the website.

JobsinHubs reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials in whole or in part that in its sole discretion are in violation of state or federal law or is clearly intended to harass, defraud, subject JobsinHubs or its network users to any liability or otherwise harm JobsinHubs or its network users.

JobinAmsterdam will do its best to secure a smooth execution of this service. However we cannot be held responsible for any downtime due to server breakdown, hacker attack or other force majore factors that interfere with the service. The Customer will of course not pay for the period that the service is down since no visitors can click on the ads.

Customer Obligations
The Customer shall be responsible for, and shall ensure any advertisement or other product provided to the JobsinHubs Network to be displayed by the JobsinHubs Network on behalf of the Customer complies with European Union law and regulations in all respects. JobsinHubs accepts no responsibility for checking the content of any advertisement or other product posted on behalf of the Customer.

The Customer shall provide JobsinHubs with its VAT registration number and shall notify JobsinHubs immediately if it changes its VAT registration number, ceases to be VAT registered or sells its business or part of its business.


Payment
Invoices are sent out at the end of every month unless agreed otherwise. The Customer is responsible for always keeping the contact billing info up-to-date. Invoices will cover the clicks on the online job ads since last invoice. The customer gets 30 days to pay the invoice. If invoices are not paid after this date JobinAmsterdam will add an 11,5% administration fee to resend the invoice.

Information
All information submitted to JobinAmsterdam is kept confidential and will not be given or shown to third parties. It is the Customers duty to keep the login and password confidential, and JobinAmsterdam does not cover for loses due to unsafe data management by the Customer. JobinAmsterdam will however contact the company should we notice anything unusual before approving a submitted ad.

JobsinHubs may post additional terms and conditions of usage from time to time on its website, including changes in terms for payment for use of the services. All users are subject to such changes immediately upon publication of said terms and conditions to the JobsinHubs websites.
