Job description

• Store manager
• is accountable for sales performance focusing on growth and profitability
• manages customer relations and ensures an excellent level of customer service
• manages the store team in terms of; recruiting, hiring, developing and retaining
• ımplements all visual merchandising standards
• executes and complies with all company policies and procedures
• adopts to changes required by the business
• shows proffessionalism and demonstrates company values at all time
• Takes 2 days off a week

Job qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experienceMinimum university degree
• Fluent in English and Dutch 
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong managerial and organizational skills
• Proactive and determined
